Catching Our Breath.

Last time I had nothing to blog about but things have been quite busy in the Carlton household since our last blog.  The past few weeks have been a whirlwind.  From Craig being sick to getting through endless events--we've finally gotten a chance to "catch our breath."

Superbowl Sunday was a blast.  We went to Craig's friends Blake's house and enjoyed chili and good commercials.  I decided to go to my parents for the second half of the game.  I think my sister and I terrorized my dad more than watch the game but it was sure fun had by all.  Needless to say, we both went home happy as the Giants WON! Did I really care either way?  No, not really but I had to choose someone to win and well, they pulled through!  I'm just hoping the EAGLES will be there next year!

 GO GIANTSSSS!

Since the superbowl, lots has gone on.  Craig has started a poker night with his friends (it's a great time for us to have a "guy" and "girl" night) My night consists of dinner with my sister and mom, the bachelor, and a good bowl of popcorn; while Craig is trying to "win" at poker.  As for the bachelor, I could create a blog in itself about that--I think each night we are keeping our fingers crossed for Ben to get rid of Courtney--still, no such luck.  Guess there is always next Monday!

If only I could have a helicopter on every date with Craig.

Other things going on since the superbowl:

1. I survived the 100th day of school with 22 kindergartners!
Our 100th Day Quilt

2. Dad got a new car!

3. We got our first "snow" of the year!

andddd 4. We celebrated our 2nd Valentine's Day together as Mr. and Mrs:
We both aren't big "Valentine's" people so we enjoyed a nice dinner in, strawberry milkshakes, and a movieeee.

Delish!!!

As for the rest of the month--we hope to have a little more "relaxation" then the whirlwind we've been in but who knows what will lie in the weeks ahead.  We are excited for a looooong weekend and excited for a snowboarding trip to Seven Springs!  Happy Wednesday!
